How To Play Sebastwön

Before the game begins, remove the 2 of diamonds from the deck. Then determine which player is furthest from the nearest window. With more than 3 players, it may be helpful to use two decks.

Objective

Curvaceousness

As a general rule the curviest number wins. In this round, the 8 would win if it weren't for the 7 of clubs trumping it.

FOUR OF A KIND

If 4 of a kind is dealt, everyone must ask the dealer a question about how his day has been and whoever asks the most thoughtful question receives cards from the person with the least thoughtful question.

Aces

For each ace played, the player furthest from the window loses a handful of cards..

Same color

If all the cards are the came color, everyone rotates to the left.

Fire Drill

Whenever 3 of a kind or 2 pair are played, there is a fire drill. Everyone must exit the building and can then return to whichever seat they want.

"Go Fish" and "Sebaswön"

if a pair of royals is dealt, everyone yells “sebastwön” and rotates to the right if a pair of numbers is dealt the dealer says go fish and gives 2 card to the players without the match

The goal of the game is to accumulate the most points over the duration of the game. The player with the most points at the end wins. Face cards are worth 2 points, odd numbers are worth 1 point, and even numbers are -1/2 points each.

On each round the dealer gives each player a card which is then flipped and the winner is determined by a series of complex rules. The game ends when the deck runs out of cards

At any point in the gmae, the dealer may ask you a question (ex: "what is your favorite type of roofing material?") these questions are used by the dealer to determine your fate, answer honestly but cautiously.

There is such a vast number of variations to this game that it would be nearly impossible to list all the possible rules. In the event of a situation that cannot be determined, the dealer always has final say. Good luck, and have fun playing!
